Our experienced facilitators are passionate about promoting mental well-being through nature. With their guidance, participants can learn mindfulness techniques, engage in self-reflection, and connect with the natural world in a meaningful way.

The lead facilitator of this service is our founder, Jerry Yanquoi, a mental health specialist who developed a keen interest in the mental health benefits of greenspaces after completing his Master’s in Environment and Human Health from the University of Exeter
